Phrases you can use:

*Use sequence words (primero, luego, después) to make your story flow naturally.
*Reflexive verbs always need the pronoun: me levanté, me bañé, me vestí.
*Times use "a las" + number: "a las siete" (at seven), "a las ocho" (at eight).
